Shipping to New Zealand only
Lets keep it simple! For most products you will be charged $8.50 total for Standard courier & $12 for Rural addresses. For large boxes (Board games, Battleforces, Army Sets) $15 total for Standard courier & $19 for Rural addresses. You can have as many items in your order as you wish.
PO Box addresses are not accepted. Contact me for shipping cost outside of the North or South Island.
Your order will be processed within 48hrs, if this is not achievable a refund will be offered.
Shipping is via Post Haste Courier 1-4 day target delivery (longer for Rural). Target delivery is in “business days” once the courier has collected the parcel, target delivery is not a guarantee. On occasion at my discretion, a different courier service may be used, the tracking details will be passed on to you for the corresponding service.
Tracking details for your order will be emailed to you, the tracking link will activate once the courier has collected it. If your order requires multiple packages you will receive tracking information for each one. You will only be charged 1 shipping fee per order.
Note: There are restrictions on some products, spray cans, airbrush compressors, glue, that can only be collected instore.
Special Order Games Workshop(GW) product. Special Order Games Workshop product is ordered every Thursday from Australia, with a target delivery to me of 7 days. Occasionally there are delays, if it has not been dispatched within this time (or is out of stock with GW Australia) a full refund will be offered. Combined order of in-stock & special order items will ship when the full order is ready to be dispatched together.
Change to order I have a very limited ability to change your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order.
Returns Policy
Change of heart returns will be accepted if contact is made with me within 14 days. The refund will be as store credit (minus any shipping cost) provided the product is undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging. Return is at the buyer’s cost.
Incorrect item If you have received the wrong item, please contact me and I will fix it.
Damaged/lost in transit All items purchased from The Hobby Collective are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. I will at your request work with the courier company and yourself to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Faulty product as per the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will do our best to do right by you!

Spray paints & glue will not be shipped, these items can only be collected instore.
